Thank you for highlighting this Dana. It’s sad to see social media being used as a means of making what is essentially a form of ‘disorder eating’ into a socially accepted ‘wellness trend’. The YouTube platform is rife with this kind of thing, in fact I’m pretty sure I have seen videos in the past of popular ‘Vloggers’ championing dry fasting. Hopefully people will read this article before they watch things like that!
